Rich chocolate sponge - with cointreau and chocolaye ganache filling.

Madeira - light, moist cake filled with a baileys buttercream.

Lemon Madeira - light refreshing cake filled with a lemon buttercream.

Gluten free madeira - filled with jam and vanilla buttercream.
