I started making chocolates in my kitchen in 1992 with two pans and a trusty wooden spoon. The only helper(!)was my beautiful baby girl, Lily, who became not only the company's name, but its chief taster.
Here in the heart of the Irish countryside, we have developed a mouth-watering repertoire of delicious chocolates using the finest ingredients. These chocolates have been created from the passion and pleasure we all share - we hope you enjoy tasting them as much as we enjoy making them!
